At Dizzi, we take dessert very seriously — especially when it’s boozy.

Because our product is a perishable food item that contains alcohol and must be stored safely, we cannot accept returns on any opened packages of Dizzi Powder. This ensures quality, safety, and that no one’s getting a scoop of sketchy leftovers.

What We’ll Gladly Help With:

• Damaged or defective products: If your Dizzi order arrives damaged, leaking, or not looking like the party we promised, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll replace it or refund you...no drama.

• Incorrect orders: If we send you the wrong flavor, size, or forgot your order entirely (hey, we’re human), let us know and we’ll fix it fast.

• Shipping issues: If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe or tracking goes missing, we’ll work with the carrier and make it right.

What We Can’t Do:

• Accept returns on any opened or used Dizzi Powder.

• Process refunds for “change of heart” or “didn’t realize it contains real alcohol.”

• Refund products more than 30 days after purchase.

Yep. Dizzi is shelf-stable and doesn’t require refrigeration until you mix it. That means:

• No dry ice.

• No delivery drama.

Shipping Delays & Tracking Issues

We do our best to make sure your package arrives on time and in excellent condition. But sometimes the shipping gods (and postal carriers) have other plans.

• If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives looking like it got into a bar fight, let us know within 7 days of delivery.
